It couldn't be easier—browse our store, choose the product and options that suit you (color, finish, style), add it to your cart, and follow the checkout steps. You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is confirmed.
You have a short window of time to modify your order before it is shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible at contact@theanchorstudio.com and include your order number. We will do our best to make the change, but we cannot guarantee it once the order has been processed by our logistics team.
Yes, you can cancel your order and receive a full refund, provided you contact us before it is shipped. After that, the order can no longer be canceled, but you can exercise your right to return the item within 30 days of receipt.

Sometimes, items from the same order are shipped in multiple packages from different warehouses. If you've received only part of your order, please wait a few more days—the rest of your order is likely on its way. DELIVERY
Each order is prepared and shipped within 1 to 2 business days. Delivery typically takes 7 to 12 business days, depending on your location and the carrier. In total, please allow between 8 and 14 business days from the time you place your order until you receive your package.
Yes, shipping is free on all orders, with no minimum purchase required. We also offer a premium shipping option for an additional fee.

As soon as your package is shipped, you will automatically receive an email with your tracking number.
We ship to mainland France. If you would like your order shipped to another country, please contact us at contact@theanchorstudio.com and we will do our best to find a solution for you.
If you are not home, the carrier will leave a delivery notice in your mailbox. Depending on the carrier, your package will either be dropped off at a pickup location, made available at a post office, or redelivered to your home. Instructions are provided on the delivery notice.
Yes, as long as you contact us promptly before shipment at contact@theanchorstudio.com. Once the package has been shipped, we cannot change the shipping address.
First, check the status of your package using the tracking link you received by email. If the tracking information hasn't been updated in several days or if the delivery time has been significantly exceeded, please contact us at contact@theanchorstudio.com with your order number—we will open an inquiry with the carrier as soon as possible.
Not necessarily. Depending on inventory and warehouse locations, your items may be shipped in several separate packages. In that case, you will receive a tracking number for each package. There is no additional charge to you.
RETURNS, EXCHANGES, AND REFUNDS
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to return an item to us, with no reason required. Returns are completely free.

Our team will respond within 24 business hours with a prepaid return label. All you have to do is pack your package and drop it off at a pickup location or post office.
Yes, returns are 100% free. We cover the return shipping costs by sending you a prepaid shipping label.
The refund will be issued to the payment method you used when placing your order (credit card, PayPal, etc.). Depending on your bank, it may take 5 to 10 business days for the amount to appear in your account.
